Shipping & Returns
Processing Orders Orders placed Monday - Friday before noon (12 PM) EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 7 business days for domestic orders and 12 business days for international orders depending availability and credit verification. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review our return policy for further guidance.
Out of Stock Items
We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone and promptly update your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You will receive the Galileo Linens order detail via e-mail after you place the order. You will receive another email "Merchant Email Receipt" after you submit your credit card information. We will process online order after we receive all information.
All sale and discounted purchases are final.

Items purchased from GalileoLinens.com may be returned for a refund to the original payment form within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Kindly note we do not do exchanges.

In the subject line, type “Return Request”
In the body, please indicate your name, order number, and reason for returning the product for us to improve on the product.
We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions to complete your return and where to return the item.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Galileo Linens is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns must be shipped prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
That’s it! Once the original item(s) are received at Galileo Linens, we will credit your account the product cost. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer’s cost.

All will be forwarded to our product manager for examination and documentation and upon review we will reply with a possible replacement approval. We will also notify you if we will be sending a prepaid return shipping label to return the product to us.
Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than GalileoLinens.com
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Orders take up to 3 business days to process for domestic orders and 6 business days for international orders before shipping. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Please contact our Customer Service Department with your needs and, if applicable, your order number at hi@GalileoLinens.com.
$10 USPS Ground shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. for orders under $250 subtotal. Orders cannot be shipped to military addresses (APO or FPO). Galileo Linens does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical mailing address for shipping. All order addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Guam or any other locations outside of the continental US are flat rate of $20 for orders under $250. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing the order.
Domestic Time in Transit
All transit times given are estimates and include processing time. Delivery may take longer for some, extended areas.
Standard Domestic Shipping in continental USA via USPS Ground arrives within 2-8 business days. This excludes processing time.

Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive emailed shipping details and a tracking number when your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Address Corrections / Undeliverable Addresses
Costs associated with incorrect addresses are charged by USPS and passed along to you, the customer.
Address corrections can be made, free of charge, before your order has shipped by contacting our Customer Service Department at hi@GalileoLinens.com. Orders already shipped will be charged for the items. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned, a return shipping fee is charged depending on your location. Upon receipt of the returned shipmen, we will return the item to stock and refund your card the product cost minus the incurred return shipping fee.
International orders are shipped with USPS. All international orders are shipped with a flat rate of $50 USD. The receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. Galileo Linens is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Order History & Tracking
USPS offers tracking by visiting and entering the tracking number provided for your order if your order has a tracking number.. Initial tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment has been processed. Please contact our Customer Service Department at with any additional questions regarding your shipment. Kindly have your order number ready, if applicable.
